Petitions to Revoke Certification or Recognition

A petition to revoke an existing Board certification or employer recognition of an exclusive representative may be filed at any time by an employer or exclusive representative. The Board will order revocation only if:


No collective bargaining agreement is in effect; and


The labor organization disclaims further interest in representing the bargaining unit or the labor organization is defunct.
