Other prohibitions


A person may not make false representations or statements to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission in order to induce or prevent action by the commission.


A licensee may not maintain a noisy, lewd, disorderly or insanitary establishment or supply impure or otherwise deleterious marijuana items.


A licensee may not misrepresent to a customer or to the public any marijuana items. [Formerly 475B.205]
