Right to possess marijuana items for personal use

ORS 475B.461 (Prohibition against operation of premises for which license issued) does not prevent any person residing in the county or city from having, for personal use, a marijuana item purchased from a marijuana retailer licensed under ORS 475B.105 (Retail license). [Formerly 475B.335]
