Authority to limit quantity of marijuana items transferred to individual


The Oregon Liquor Control Commission may limit the quantity of marijuana items transferred to a consumer or other individual if the commission determines that the limitation is necessary to prevent the resale of marijuana items. [2015 c.1 §15; 2017 c.183 §49]
