ORS 475B.241
Prohibition against certain licensees possessing mature marijuana plants


(1)

Except for a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.070 (Production license) or licensee representative of a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.070 (Production license), a licensee or licensee representative may not possess a mature marijuana plant.

A licensee or licensee representative may not sell a mature marijuana plant. [Formerly 475B.200]
