Notice of Proposed Rule Changes

Prior to adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule, the Public Employees’ Benefit Board (PEBB), will give notice of the intended action to the following:

(1)

The Secretary of State’s Bulletin, referred to in ORS 183.360 (Publication of rules and orders), at least 21 days prior to the effective date.

(2)

To persons on the PEBB mailing list established pursuant to ORS 183.335 (Notice)(8) at least 28 days before the effective date of the rule.

(3)

To the Legislative Counsel Committee and Legislators specified in ORS 183.335 (Notice)(15), at least 49 days before rule takes effect.

(4)

Employee organizations certified by the Employment Relations Board.

(5)

State agency and university personnel and payroll representatives.

(6)

Insurance carriers.
