Dismissal Appeals by Management Service Employees with Immediate Prior Regular Classified Service

An appeal under ORS 240.570 (Classified employee filling position in unclassified, exempt or management service) shall comply with OAR 115-045-0005 (Filing of Appeals) and must contain a detailed statement specifying:

(1)

The action being appealed;

(2)

The reason(s) why the employee believes that the action violated ORS 240.570 (Classified employee filling position in unclassified, exempt or management service) (and any related statute); and

(3)

The corrective action being requested.
