Definitions

For the purposes of these rules additional definitions may be found in Procedural Rules, OAR 123-001. As used in this division of administrative rules, unless the context requires otherwise the following definitions apply:

Private Sector Support means financial contributions and/or in-kind goods and services, such as those listed in OAR 123-087-0020 (Solicitation and Use of Private Support)(1), that are received by the Department. Such donations may be received from individuals, partnerships, or corporations, or any other private entity, including but not limited to nonprofit organizations.
