Reconsideration of Decision

An applicant or any person adversely affected by the issuance or denial of an easement by the Department may request the Director or the State Land Board, depending on which entity made the decision, to reconsider the decision. A request for reconsideration must be filed in compliance with ORS 183.482 (Jurisdiction for review of contested cases) or 183.484 (Jurisdiction for review of orders other than contested cases).
