Separate Offense and Violation

(1)

Each act of appraisal management services by an appraisal management company not registered by the State is a separate violation of ORS 674.205 (Registration requirement).

(2)

Any and each violation of ORS 674.200 (Definitions for ORS 674.200 to 674.250) to 674.250 (Fees), or any rule or final order of the Board, or any final judgment or decree made by any court upon application of the Board, may be deemed a separate offense for which a separate penalty may be imposed.
