Stipulated Presumptive Sentence

(1)

The district attorney and the defense may stipulate to a specific sentence within the presumptive sentence range for the stipulated grid block classification.

(2)

If the sentencing judge accepts the plea agreement, the judge shall impose the stipulated sentence.
