Model Rules of Procedure

The Commission adopts the following Attorney General’s Model Rules of Procedure under the Oregon Administrative Procedures Act in effect as of July 16, 2016.:
(1) OAR chapter 137, division 1;
(2) OAR 137-003-0001 (Contested Case Notice) through 137-003-0092 (Stay Proceeding and Order); 137-003-0580 (Motion for Summary Determination); and
(3) OAR chapter 137, division 4.
