Classification and Final Decision

(1)

The Board will make a final classification decision by reviewing the documents relied upon for the assessment, any Hearings Officer’s memos or documents, all timely submitted objections, and any relevant documents from a review, and will order the final classification level.

(2)

Following the Board decision, the Board shall send notice of the Board’s final order to the registrant and any board registered victims.

(3)

The Board will notify the Department of State Police of the registrant’s final classification after the classification order.
