Gaming Industry Employment Prohibition

As required by ORS 244.045 (Regulation of subsequent employment of public officials)(5)(a), the Superintendent of the Department of State Police has designated the following positions to be subject to the prohibitions outlined in the statute:

(1)

Superintendent.

(2)

Deputy Superintendent.

(3)

Operations Services Bureau Commander.

(4)

Director of the Gaming Enforcement Division.

(5)

Administrative Lieutenant of the Lottery Security Section.

(6)

Administrative Lieutenant of the Tribal Gaming Section.
