Registration Requirements for Registerable Sex Offenders

(1)

Registerable sex offenders shall only register with a registering agency in their county of residence.

(2)

Registerable sex offenders shall submit to registration as directed by the registering agency and as required by law.

(3)

When registering with a registering agency, each registerable sex offender shall:

(a)

Provide all information necessary to complete the sex offender registration form;

(b)

Sign the form by electronic signature or as directed by the registering agency; and

(c)

Submit to being photographed and, if required, fingerprinted.
