Model Rules of Procedure

Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 183.341 (Model rules of procedure), the Department of Veterans’ Affairs adopts the Uniform and Model Rules of Procedure as contained in Appendix G of the “Attorney General’s Administrative Law Manual and Uniform and Model Rules of Procedure” dated January 2012. A copy of this manual is on file with the Department of Veterans’ Affair, 700 Summer Street NE, Salem, Oregon, and is available for public review Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
