Quarterly Reports and Audits from Veterans’ Organizations

(1)

Veterans’ organizations that receive funds from the Department shall submit quarterly reports of the activities of their accredited veteran service officers and program expenses on an approved form. The Department shall review and approve the quarterly reports, and authorize disbursement.

(2)

The Director may audit and examine the activities and expenditures of veterans’ organizations before approving reimbursements.
