Requirements for Obtaining Financial Information

(1)

The department may require the inmate and/or the inmate’s representative to submit financial information on forms provided by the department.

(2)

The department may obtain financial information regarding the inmate from other sources the department considers reliable. These sources may include, but are not limited to, the Social Security and Veterans Administration, Oregon Department of Revenue, and other State of Oregon agencies.
