Variances

(1)

The Division may grant variances to a regional acute care psychiatric service if implementation of the proposed alternative services, methods, concepts, or procedures would result in services or systems that meet or exceed the standards in these rules.

(2)

Application for a variance to these or other applicable rules shall be obtained pursuant to the process governed by OAR 309-008-1600 (Variance).
