Forms — General

With the exception of the provisions of OAR 330-020-0065 (Substitution of Data), all information required to be submitted by ORS 469.080 (Energy resource information)(1), or by these rules shall be submitted on forms provided by the Department and described in these rules. The information required by each form shall be determined by the provisions of OAR 330-020-0035 (Forms — Specific). The actual forms provided by the Department may vary as to format and phrasing from the descriptions provided in 330-020-0035 (Forms — Specific) in any manner consistent with these rules, and may contain such notation as may facilitate computer data entry.
