Model Rules of Procedure

Pursuant to ORS 183.341 (Model rules of procedure), the Health Licensing Office adopts the Model Rules of Procedure, OAR 137-001-0005 (Definitions) through 137-001-0100 (Review of New Rules), in effect on March 23, 2018, as promulgated by the Attorney General of the State of Oregon under the Administrative Procedures Act, as the rules of procedure for rulemaking actions of the Health Licensing Office.
