Definitions

The following definitions apply to divisions 105 through 180.

(1)

“Board of Certification, Inc.” (BOC) means the national organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies that provides a certification program for the entry-level athletic trainer.

(2)

“Office” means the Health Licensing Office.

(3)

“The practice of athletic training” is defined in ORS 688.701 (Definitions for ORS 688.701 to 688.734).
