Investigative Authority

The Office may initiate and conduct investigations relating to the practice of sexual-abuse-specific treatment pursuant to ORS 676.608 (Investigative authority), and may take appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the provisions of 675.385 (Disciplinary authority of Health Licensing Office), 676.612 (Disciplinary authority) and 676.992 (Civil penalties).
