(1)

(a)

Toilets shall be provided in all recreation parks in the following ratios: Number of picnic spaces, camping spaces or car parking spaces — Number of Toilets: [Table not included. See ED. NOTE.]

(b)

The location of toilets shall be indicated by appropriate signs.

(2)

If flush toilets are provided, the building containing them shall be constructed in accordance with OAR 333-031-0012 (Bath and Toilet Room) and the requirements of the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Building Codes Division. New flush toilet facilities, or facilities remodeled, enlarged or converted after the effective date of these rules must meet the requirements of the 2000 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code.

(3)

If pit privies or chemical toilets are provided, they shall be constructed, located, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Environmental Quality OAR 340-071-0100 (Definitions) through 340-071-0600 (Sewage Disposal Service Licenses).
