Entry and Inspection


Properties determined to be unfit for use may be entered and inspected as set forth in ORS 453.873 (Entry onto property) and Oregon Laws 1999, Chapter 861. Law enforcement officials may accompany such entries for safety or security purposes. The owner, manager, tenant, or occupant of such property shall allow access to all parts of such property for these purposes and for quality control evaluations pursuant to OAR 333-040-0150 (Quality Control Checks) from the date of the finding that the property is unfit for use and up to six months after a Certificate of Fitness has been issued.
