Fees for Accredited Hospital Radiology Inspectors

(1)

Each accreditation for a radiology inspector shall be subject to an accreditation fee of $264.

(2)

Each accreditation issued by the Authority for a radiology inspector shall be subject to a biennial renewal fee of $264.

(3)

Each accreditation shall expire in the second year on the last day of the month of issuance unless renewed.
