(1)

The provisions of section (2) of this rule replace the requirements of 40 CFR 262.40(b).

(2)

A generator must keep a copy of reports submitted to the Department under OAR 340-102-0041 (Generator Reporting) and under 40 CFR 262.42(b) for a period of at least three years from the due date of the report.

(3)

The record retention requirement of section (2) of this rule applies to the provisions of 40 CFR 262.44.
