Adoption and Applicability of United States Environmental Protection Agency Regulations

Except as otherwise modified or specified in this division, the EQC adopts Title 40 C.F.R., Part 280, Subpart H (October 13, 2015), and incorporates those provisions by reference into this division, and makes them applicable to all persons subject to this division. In addition to the Oregon-specific requirements in this division (OAR 340-151-0025 (Oregon-Specific Financial Responsibility Requirements)), persons subject to this division must consult 40 C.F.R. §§ 280.90 through 280.115 (October 13, 2015) to determine applicable financial responsibility requirements.
