Prevention of Significant Deterioration Increments: Ambient Air Ceilings

No concentration of a pollutant may exceed:

(1)

The concentration permitted under the national secondary ambient air quality standard;

(2)

The concentration permitted under the national primary ambient air quality standard; or

(3)

The concentration permitted under the state ambient air quality standard, whichever concentration is lowest for the pollutant for a period of exposure.
