Hot Mix Asphalt Plants: Other Established Air Quality Limitations

The emission limits established under OAR 340-236-0400 (Hot Mix Asphalt Plants: Applicability) through 340-236-0440 (Hot Mix Asphalt Plants: Ancillary Sources of Emission — Housekeeping of Plant Facilities) are in addition to visible emission and other ambient air standards, established or to be established by the EQC, unless otherwise provided by rule.
NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040 (State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan).
