Specific Application Requirements for Siting of Surface Facilities Related to Underground Gas Storage Reservoirs

In addition to the requirements of OAR 345-021-0010 (Contents of an Application), in an application for a site certificate for a surface facility related to an underground storage reservoir, the applicant shall include the following information:

(1)

The design rates of natural or synthetic gas injection or withdrawal;

(2)

The compression horsepower required to operate at design injection or withdrawal rates;

(3)

The fuel type of the compressor;

(4)

The estimated carbon dioxide emissions from the compressor for the projected life of the facility; and

(5)

The proposed location of all wells.
