Statement of Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to:

(1)

Prescribe the operational procedures for the Developmental Disabilities Community Housing Program and the Community Housing Fund; and

(2)

Implement and describe the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, and disposal of Community Housing established under the authority of ORS 427.330 (Definitions for ORS 427.330 to 427.340) to 427.345.
