Rule Rule 413-105-0000

The purpose of these rules, OAR 413-105-0000 (Purpose) to 413-105-0090 (Minimum Credits Required to Obtain a Diploma), is to describe the activities required to:


Ensure that regular education and special education services are provided to promote academic achievement of a child or young adult in the care and custody of the Department; and


Ensure that public preschool education, early intervention education programs, and appropriate post-secondary education or training opportunities are explored for an eligible child or young adult in the care or custody of the Department.
