Use of Grant Funds by Grantees


A minimum of 2.5 percent of the total grant shall be used for staff development.


Start-up costs may be allocated to assist in limited funding of “one-time” costs needed to start new programs, or to add children to existing programs.


Grantees shall use grant funds to serve Oregon residents.


Grantees must have established appropriate internal fiscal controls and fund accounting procedures to assure the proper disbursement of, and accounting for, all funds provided.


Grantees must follow salary guidelines established by the Council.
