Audits

(1)

The Division shall arrange for an independent third-party to audit the program and to ensure compliance with the program guidelines.

(2)

The Division shall report the results of the audit to the Legislative Assembly, the Governor, and the boards.

(3)

The Division’s report may not contain individually identifiable information about the licensees.
