Consultation of the Board

(1)

The Chairperson shall consult with the Board on all matters requiring such consultation under ORS 656.001 (Short title) to 656.990 (Penalties) during meetings as set forth in these rules.

(2)

These consultations shall be made prior to any decision by the Chairperson.
