Standards of Conduct for Representatives and Parties

(1)

A party may attend a mediation personally or through a representative.

(2)

A party or its representative shall come to the mediation with authority to settle the issues, or bring with them or otherwise make available that person or those persons who have such authority.

(3)

By consenting to mediation, all parties and their representatives agree to bargain in good faith.
