Model Rules of Procedure


The Model Rules of Procedure, OAR 137-001-0005 (Definitions) through 137-001-0100 (Review of New Rules), in effect on January 1, 2006, as promulgated by the Attorney General of the State of Oregon under the Administrative Procedures Act are adopted as the rules of procedure for rulemaking actions of the Department of Consumer and Business Services except the Workers’ Compensation Board and except as otherwise adopted by an administrative division or staff office of the Department created under ORS 705.115 (Department organization).
