Definitions

For the purpose of these rules:

(1)

“Department” means the Department of Consumer and Business Services.

(2)

“Director” means the director of the Department.

(3)

“Designated position” means a position in the Department listed or designated under OAR 440-015-0110 (Indebtedness and Financial Interest of Department Employees)(2).
