Applicability of Rule

OAR 440-045-0010 (Authority for Rules) to 440-045-0030 (Payment Manner and Intervals) apply to the assessments levied by the director under the authority of ORS 656.612 (Assessments for department activities) and 656.614 (Self-Insured Employer Adjustment Reserve) against insurers’ direct earned workers’ compensation premiums and the direct earned premium self-insured employers and self-insured employer groups would have paid had they been insured employers in a manner as prescribed in OAR 436, division 085.
