Dishonest, Fraudulent, Unfair and Unethical Practices

As used in section (2) of ORS 59.205 (Grounds for denying, suspending, revoking or imposing condition or restriction on license), the terms “dishonest, fraudulent, or illegal practices or conduct,” and “unfair or unethical practices or conduct,” separately or in any combination thereof, shall include, but not be limited to, those acts defined herein as “manipulative, deceptive, or fraudulent device or contrivance” or “fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative act or practice.”
