Definitions

As used in ORS 646A.600 (Short title) to 646A.628 (Allocation of moneys) and this division 646, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1)

“Continuing violation” means the same activity extending longer than one day that violates the Oregon Consumer Identity Theft Protection Act.

(2)

“Harm,” for purposes of the notification requirement, is limited to monetary loss.
