Square Mileage Determination

In determining the specific area that a public library serves for the purposes of distributing funds under ORS 357.780 (Grants for public library services to children)(3), the State Librarian shall determine the number of square miles, rounded to the nearest square mile, within which reside the population assigned in accordance with OAR 543-040-0020 (Population Determination).
