Student Information


The institution shall provide each student awarded at that institution with written notification on items specified by the Commission.


The institution shall report to the Commission certain grant recipient data to include, at a minimum, the following:


The enrollment status and amount of OOG funds disbursed each term to each grant recipient.


Each grant recipient’s self-reported race or ethnicity, according to federal guidelines.


Each grant recipient’s grade level and total credits earned to date at the start the academic year.


Each grant recipient’s progress toward completion of a course of study leading to a certificate, degree, or transfer.


For each student who has applied for a renewal of the grant, the institution shall confirm the student’s satisfactory academic progress, as defined by the postsecondary institution the student attends.
