Residency

For a student to be eligible for a Former Foster Children Scholarship, he or she must:

(1)

Be a U.S. Citizen, or an eligible non-citizen as defined by federal regulations under Title IV, part B of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended.

(2)

Be a resident of the State of Oregon as defined in OAR 575-030-0005 (Definitions)(1).
