OAR 575-074-0010
Purpose

The Oregon Troops to Teachers program will pay resident tuition charges of a veteran imposed by an Oregon public postsecondary institution, providing the veteran agrees to teach in accordance with the Troops to Teachers Agreement:

(1)

In an Oregon school district or public charter school classified as serving a high poverty area for not less than three years; or

(2)

In the area of mathematics, science, or special education for not less than four years.
