Student Eligibility Criteria

To receive financial aid from this program an applicant must:

(1)

Be an Oregon resident with a child;

(2)

Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as an undergraduate at an Oregon postsecondary institution;

(3)

Maintain satisfactory academic progress; and

(4)

Not be in default on any federal Title IV loan or owing a refund on federal Title IV funds previously disbursed.
