Purpose and Scope

Effective January 13, 2015. This rule implements ORS 348.603 (Duties of commission relating to degree authorization and nondegree programs) in establishing standards and procedures for the evaluation and approval of postsecondary accrediting bodies seeking to operate in or from Oregon.
