Model Rules of Procedure

Pursuant to ORS 183.341 (Model rules of procedure), the Board adopts the Attorney General’s Uniform and Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedures Act, in effect on January 1, 2012, except those rules pertaining to contested cases.
