Definitions

(1)

“Department” means the Department of Agriculture of the State of Oregon.

(2)

“Director” means the Director of the Department of Agriculture.

(3)

“Shipping Point Inspection Program (SPI)” means the state and/or federal inspection program for fruits, vegetables and nuts.
